This 4x12 Coop can fit up to 30 birds. This coop is built like a graceful tank with its 4x4 posts up to the rafters, 2x4 construction, metal roofing, and rot & bug resistant smart siding. This model has a large door on the front and rear of the coop for easy access.

Nest Box
1) Five Hole nestbox that opens from outside of the coop for easy egg gathering. We use a slow close strut to protect fingers and a latch for predator proofing. We can add an additional 5 hole nestbox to the other side of the coop for $550.
Paint
This coop comes unpainted. We can paint for an additional fee. We have several stocked colors, but we can also purchase custom colors if provide us with the paint brand name and color name.
For any custom paint color, it is an additional $100
STOCK PAINT COLORS:
White, Black, Barn Red, Sherwin Williams Cilantro, Sherwin Williams Iron Ore, Sherwin Williams Seaworthy, Sherwin Williams Languid Blue, Sherwin Williams Light French Gray, Sherwin Williams Merlot, Sherwin Williams Tuberose, and Sherwin Williams Rosy Outlook. Doors and trim can also be stained.
Windows
This coop has 4 windows installed for ventilation that can be opened from the exterior. We install 1/2" hardwire cloth on the interior to keep predators out.
Chicken Door
Each coop is equipped with a Run-Chicken battery automatic chicken door. These doors can be connected to your phone via bluetooth.
We also offer the option to upgrade to a solar Run-Chicken door.
Roofing
The 4x12 comes with metal roofing. We stock the colors black & galvelume. We can also get roofing in other colors for an additional $150. Please reach out and we'd be happy to send over the color chart!

**DELIVERY IS A SEPARATE FEE. PLEASE READ THIS DELIVERY POLICY IN FULL**
Please reach out for a quote to your zip code. Delivery is due at time of delivery. Local Delivery (within 20 minutes of our shop) is $150. We add an additional $1.25 per mile both directions for any delivery further than the 20 minutes.
We try our best to set your coop up but we are limited to where our 16' trailer can access. We will do our very best to get your coop where you want it but please be aware that we need to be able to get our trailer very close to the spot as these coops are heavy and hard to maneuver once off of the trailer.
Your spot needs to be as close to level as possible before we arrive. We do not have the equipment to level your spot once we arrive. We do not have the equipment to level the spot at the time of delivery. If your spot isn't level, we will not be able to set up the coop & run correctly.
PLEASE HAVE THE SPOT PREPARED BEFORE THE DAY OF DELIVERY.
We plan to spend 1 hour to unload & setup. If you require more time than the standard delivery, we charge an additional $250 per hour for any extra time required.
