Do you need a coop that is extra special? This Victorian inspired Chicken Coop is designed to be the talk of the town! We have added delicate gingerbread trim, scallop siding, an arched door, and a a steep roofline for a dramatic flair!
This is our mid-size model coop that is perfect for 16-20 chickens! As with our other models, we have built this to last with full 2x4 construction, treated 4x4 posts that go all the way to the rafters, and smart siding that is but & water resistant.

Nestbox
A four-hole exterior accessible nestbox makes gathering eggs simple. We use metal for the tops of our nestboxes and slow close struts to protect fingers. We install a latch for predator proofing.
A cleanout door in the rear makes sweeping out shavings easy.
Chicken Door
Each Coop comes equipped with a Run-Chicken automatic battery chicken door which can connect by bluetooth to your phone for easy operating. We also offer the option to upgrade to a solar powered Run-Chicken door for an additional $100.
Window
Every coop gets an 18"x 27" window for ventilation. The window can be opened from the exterior and has 1/2" hardwire cloth on the interior to keep predators out.
Roofing
We prefer to use metal roofing. We stock black & galvalume, but can special order many other colors for an additional $150. We can also install black asphalt shingles if you prefer. We will ask you at time of scheduling what roofing you have chosen.

Paint
Our Victorian Chicken Coops come painted. Included is the price is 1) body/trim color & 1) Door color. We carry many stocked colors that are included in the price or you can send us a custom color name for an additional $100.

White, Black, Barn Red, Sherwin Williams Cilantro, Sherwin Williams Iron Ore, Sherwin Williams Seaworthy, Sherwin Williams Languid Blue, Sherwin Williams Light French Gray, Sherwin Williams Merlot, Sherwin Williams Tuberose, and Sherwin Williams Rosy Outlook. Doors and trim can also be stained.
Our calendar is generally booked 2-4 weeks out and it takes us about a week to build once we start.
Payment can be made through the website but if you would like to avoid the 3.5% transaction fee, payments can be made directly through zelle, check, or cash.

Please reach out for a quote to your zip code. Delivery is due at time of delivery. Local Delivery (within 20 minutes of our shop) is $150. We add an additional $1.25 per mile both directions for any delivery further than the 20 minutes.
We try our best to set your coop up but we are limited to where our 16' trailer can access. We will do our very best to get your coop where you want it but please be aware that we need to be able to get our trailer very close to the spot as these coops are heavy and hard to maneuver once off of the trailer.
Your spot needs to be as close to level as possible before we arrive. We do not have the equipment to level your spot once we arrive. We do not have the equipment to level the spot at the time of delivery. If your spot isn't level, we will not be able to set up the coop & run correctly.
PLEASE HAVE THE SPOT PREPARED BEFORE THE DAY OF DELIVERY.
We plan to spend 1 hour to unload & setup. If you require more time than the standard delivery, we charge an additional $250 per hour for any extra time required.
